* This refers only to additional co-authors (of the same paper) when one author has already registered as a Conference presenter.
** This refers only to Full Time students that present a letter of confirmation from their university.
The fees include: participation to conference, admission to all sessions, admission to the inauguration event, admission to the award ceremony, the conference bag and inclusions, publication in the book of conference proceedings, access to an electronic copy of the book of conference proceedings, lunches, the morning and afternoon coffees/refreshments, walking guided city tour, the conference gala dinner and other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of registration received before 6th August 2018 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 320. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.
The registration process is completed in two steps. Please kindly note that both steps should be completed for a registration to be considered valid.
